I ran the 11th leg, which meant I ran 3.8, 4.6, and 6.9 miles. If you want to see more, you can go to http://www.ragnarrelay.com/wasatchback/coursemaps and click on legs 11, 23, and 35. We started in Logan at 11 am on Friday and ended in Park City around 2 pm Saturday, running straight through the night. Kristina and the kids met me in Park City, which was cool, because they had the whole team join in the last few hundred meters and cross the finish line together. Another team member took the team photos, so I'll post those later.Me waiting at my first exchange, this run was 3 miles pretty straight up, and then about a mile down the backside of the hill.Me handing off to Frank after my first leg, I still felt pretty good at that point. I don't have any pictures of my 2nd or 3rd runs, but they progressively beat you up, and at the end of race yesterday I was completely bushed, but extremely satisfied. The team did great and everyone put forth their best effort.

That is SO cool Dan! I am proud of you, I don't know if I have the determination or stamina to something like that...I bet it was very satisfying!
Holy cow Dan! That is awesome!! I would love to be a runner. What a great way to get into shape. YOu've lost so much weight! I'm so impressed. Hope you're all doing well. It's about time for another trip to InfoTrax. :)
That is awesome!! Wish i could do that...I will have to work up to that and start with the 5k!! That would be super easy for you after this!!
Great job, Dan. It looks like your team did very well in it's division. That 1st and 3rd legs look like killers! Way to go.
