A while back I posted about the Wasatch Back relay I ran in June. A guy at our office is pretty good with film editing and such, so he took our video and pictures and created this video. I think he did a great job (thanks Jake).

Summer League Softball
My office sponsors a softball team in Provo, and I'm the pitcher this year. Kristina and the kids came out last week to cheer us on, and we won 12-9. Not sure how much the kids actually watch, but they usually have a good time anyway.

2 down, 1 to go!
Today was Kylie's first day of her 2nd year of preschool. She was excited, but I think I was even more excited! Just one child for 3 hours was like Christmas in August! She had a great day and loved being back in the swing of things. She is already getting really good at writing her own name and I think this year is just what she needs to be all ready for Kindergarten. Now if only they had a preschool for crabby 2 year olds I'd be all set!

1st Day of 1st Grade
Today was Bradley's first day of school. I can't believe he is in 1st grade and going to school all day. He was so excited to eat lunch at school, but a little nervous about staying all day. He got a really great teacher, Mrs. Searle, and I think he is going to have a lot of fun. He said they had 3 recesses and thought that was so cool! I thought I would feel like celebrating now that school has started again, but honestly I felt a little sad. He's growing up so fast! I know he is going to have a great year so I won't worry too much about him. Here are a few pictures of the day:

San Francisco Zoo
Now that we are back from our vacation, hopefully we will be able to keep up a little better on the blog. We went to CA for Dan's family reunion (see post below) and then stayed with my family for the rest of the week. We had so much fun hanging out with my mom, dad and brother. We went school shopping, swam almost every day, played at the Nut Tree (small amusement park in town), and visited the San Francisco Zoo. Unfortunately, this was the only thing I took pictures of. It was such a nice day there, about 65-70 degrees while in Vacaville (my hometown) it was 103. After 5 hours at the zoo we went to Ghirardelli Square for some ice cream and picked up some shrimp/crab cocktails at Fisherman's Wharf. It was a really fun day!

Weston Family Reunion
It's been a busy couple weeks spent traveling back and forth to California. We'll try to catch up on everything that's been going on. On the 8th, we had the Weston family reunion at my parent's church in Gridley, CA. It was alot of fun to have 7 of the 8 kids there, almost all the grandchildren, and a couple cousins and friends. There was a dunk tank, slip and slides, some bounce house toys, and lots of food. We enjoyed our time there and have posted a bunch of pictures below.
